• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.

GamesP VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder with their payment provider.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.
